Located in St. Anne’s House, Brislington, The Community Pottery CIC is Bristol’s hub for hand-building, wheel throwing, and sculptural techniques. Founded by artists Raphaela Seck and Dan Broadbent, our mission is to bring the joy of pottery to diverse communities across Bristol. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced artist, we offer a variety of creative workshops and studio memberships to help you explore the art of pottery in a welcoming and inclusive environment

HOW IT WORKS

New to pottery or looking to refine your skills? Here’s what you can expect when you sign up for one of our pottery classes in Bristol.

    Choose from a range of pottery classes & workshops, such as; wheel throwing, sculpting, or hand-building techniques. We offer sessions tailored to both beginners and advanced students aiming to refine their skills.

    Once you have found a course or workshop which suits you, reserve your spot with our online booking system. Complete your order in a few clicks, and you will receive a confirmation email with all the details before your class.

  • 3. GET HANDS-ON

    Arrive at the studio, roll up your sleeves, and let our expert instructors guide you in creating your own pottery. After your pieces are fired and glazed, you’ll be able to take home your unique, handmade creations from your pottery class.
